The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the best plots of the organic family winery Bozokbağ on the Gallipoli Peninsula. The grapes were harvested at the perfect ripeness. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels. The color is dense and deep garnet red. It has a rich and complex bouquet, dominated by fruity notes of blackcurrant and blackberry. On the palate, it is velvety and full-bodied. The wine is smooth, dynamic, and has a long finish that highlights various aromas and culminates in a sumptuous finish with notes of tobacco, dark chocolate, and coffee. Suitable for bottle aging. Decanting is recommended to enhance the aromas.
