By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order.

§4 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include the statutory value-added tax.
Shipping costs may apply in addition and will be shown separately during the ordering process.

§5 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Delivery times depend on the product and are indicated in the shop.

§6 Age Verification

The sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages are exclusively to persons aged 18 and over.
By completing the order, the customer confirms that they have reached the legally required minimum age.
The delivery person is entitled to carry out an age check.

§7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

§9 Final Provisions

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, as far as legally permissible.
