Suvla Kabatepe is symbolic of the mythical Argo ship in the Dardanelles. Kabatepe is a port on the northern Aegean coast of Turkey’s historic Gallipoli Peninsula. The region is famous for its history and pine forests and is home to numerous vineyards.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and the indigenous grape variety Öküzgözü were vinified immediately after harvesting with the expertise of Karasakız. The wine is partially aged in oak barrels for four months. The Kabatepe Red 2022 is a red wine cuvée that perfectly reflects the characteristics of its terroir. The wine presents itself in a garnet red with intense fruity and spicy aromas, rounded tannins and a balanced acidity. It pairs perfectly with appetizers, grilled meats, meat dishes of all kinds, pasta and pizza.
