Winemaker's Notes

This delicious chewy candy sets new standards! The wine is vegan.

This reserve wine is made exclusively from Petit Verdot and the indigenous Karasakız grape varieties, grown in the family vineyards and old vines of the Gallipoli Peninsula. 

Following a careful vinification process, the wine matures for 14 months in oak barrels. With its dense and very deep garnet-red color, it envelops the palate with a rich bouquet, primarily showcasing notes of mulberries and sour cherries, complemented by nuances of sandalwood, cinnamon, and dark chocolate. It possesses a powerful and balanced structure with dynamic tannins that lead to a long, round finish with chocolate and nut notes. This special cuvée of Petit Verdot and Karasakız offers a unique experience with excellent aging potential.
