This versatile wine is produced exclusively from organic Roussanne and Marsanne parcels grown on a single plot of the Bozokbağ family vineyard on the Gallipoli Peninsula. The wine matures for 10 months on fine lees following the "Élevage sur lie" method in oak barrels. It displays good complexity with notes of nectarine, pear, resin, almond, nut, and vanilla, accompanied by aromas of cream and pastry. On the palate, the wine is balanced, fresh, and persistent. It leads to a long and elegant finish that highlights the floral aromas and fruity notes. Suitable for bottle aging.
