Winemaker's Notes

A revelation from ancient times… What a unique experience and complex flavors in one sip!

This reserve wine is made exclusively from the indigenous Karasakız grape variety, grown in the traditional vineyards of the Gallipoli Peninsula. The best parcels of Karasakız are selected, and the wine is aged for 15 months in oak barrels.

The wine has a brilliant ruby-red color and a rich, complex bouquet dominated by fruity notes of red cherries, cranberries, and dried rose petals, as well as cloves on the nose. The clear and concentrated body develops an impressively elegant and complex palate with earthy and spicy notes. The finish is long and opulent, highlighting leather aromas and accompanied by fine tannins and oak notes. Suitable for bottle aging. Decanting is recommended to enhance the aromas.
