Pétillant Naturel literally means "naturally sparkling". As a wine category, it is classified as a semi-sparkling wine.

Pétillant Naturel wines have enjoyed particular popularity in the European and American wine scene in recent years and are considered rising stars. They represent a return to the old, authentic tradition of sparkling wine production. Pét-Nat wines, mostly produced in small quantities, embody true craftsmanship and the natural processing of the wine.

Only indigenous Turkish grape varieties are selected for our Pét-Nat series. It is a pleasure to discover the potential of these varieties in different wine types. So far, the Kinali Yapincak and Emir grape varieties have joined this adventure. Stay tuned, there is more to discover.

Suvla Pet-Nat is made from the indigenous Emir grape variety, grown in the traditional vineyards of Nevşehir in Central Anatolia. This Brut Natural is fermented in the bottle according to old tradition and impresses with aromas of mild pear, a hint of citrus and pastry, and a creamy texture. It is dry and hearty with notes of orange peel and a lively acidity. Protect from sunlight.

This Pet-Nat is sparkling and refreshing, with a fine yeast aroma and mineral notes that combine with fruit flavors. It has a perfectly balanced head.
