This is an outstanding, refined, and nuanced blend… Elegant yet spicy, lending energy and tension to the precise and detailed finish.

Suvla SIR is a benchmark for elegance and finesse. The 2021 Signature blend consists primarily of Syrah, the indigenous Karasakız grape, and Cinsault.

The wine is aged partly in oak barrels for 15 months. Deep, inky purple leads to a dense, spicy, and fragrant nose of ripe blueberry, dark forest berries, and black cherry, complemented by expressive notes of licorice, black pepper, and mint. Fine tannins provide a beautiful texture and lead to a long finish. The wine is suitable for bottle aging. Decanting is recommended to enhance the aromas.
